Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
Shipping time is 7-15 working days to most of country(to USA / Canada / Australia / United Kingdom).15-35days to most countries in Europe.
Please note that delivery time may vary with customs, weather, or busy holiday seasons. ~~~ If your order has not arrived to your destination after 45 business days, please contact us, we will look into the situation and work out a negotiation.
In most cases, the buyer need not pay any customs. We will declare it as a gift and a lower value to avoid the tax. But sometimes in some countries, the customs officer may be strict. We are not accountable for any customs fee; please check out the customs policy at your own place. If you have to pay the customs fees, it is your duty to your own country; the buyer should understand this situation. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing))
- you receive the wrong item
- you do not want the product you’ve received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of World Of Harry (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
*You can submit refund requests within 3 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact page.
If your order is out of stock, we will contact you right away and offer either a payment refund or an item exchange.
If you did not received the item please contact us right away.
If you received a defected item, please contact us and provide us with a photo of the item. If we find that the item is qualified for a store credit refund or item resent, we will respond to you immediately.
Although we provide refunds for these types of situations, please note that we will not provide a store credit refund for sizing errors or minor loose threads so please check carefully before ordering.
